Created in 2016 the Women’s Fellowship Program began by providing 10 diverse women an opportunity to be guests at major industry conferences, supplying them with senior mentors, and support throughout their journey. Now in its fourth year, the Fellowship has expanded, helping over 50 women pursue their dreams and elevate their executive presence – providing more tools and access, necessary for them to grow and thrive in all aspects of our industry.
QUICK FELLOWSHIP OVERVIEW
Each Fellow will receive:

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- ELIGIBILITY
- The Program is open to 15 mid-level women professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Must have between 5 to 8 years of experience in the advertising, media, marketing or related industries
- Must be in a mid-level position, (manager, sr. manager, director, etc.)
- Must be a legal resident of New York AND a US Citizen
- The Program is open to 15 mid-level women professionals who meet the following criteria:
- PROCESS
- ONLINE Application opens in March 2020
- ONLINE application can be completed by:
- Nominator (Direct Supervisor, CEO, CMO)
- OR
- Self nomination
- Nominator (Direct Supervisor, CEO, CMO)
- ROUND 1
- Eligible Applications will be reviewed by members of the Foundation’s Steering Committee.
- Up to thirty (30) finalists will be selected from among all eligible applicants based on the following criteria:
- Application
- Resume
- Reference(s)
- Finalists will be contacted by e-mail and/or telephone around late April.
- ROUND 2
- The Finalists will be interviewed by members of the Foundation’s Steering Committee.
- Up to fifteen (15) potential winners will be selected from among the Finalists based on the following criteria:
- Interview
- Personal Statement
- Resume
- Reference(s)
Winners will be announced at Masterclass 2020 – June 17th, 2020
