The AD Club of NY provides resources to help members build the skills needed to thrive in the virtual/hybrid world and deal with the challenges ahead as we transition back to the office. This September, we are partnering with Strong Training and Coaching and offering: 1. FREE, 30-minute Power Coaching Sessions to 20 lucky AD Club members* (*First come first-serve, spaces will be divided among Young Pros, Individual, and Corporate Members) 2. A special introductory discount to members on their popular hour-long “Coaching Packages” – 50% off regular rates*:

Elyssa began her career in marketing and has over 25 years as a brand and marketing executive leader. She has worked on both the agency- and client-side, on large brands such as Visa, Texaco, and Citi and at the well-known disruptor in the financial space, Betterment. In these roles, she credits her success to unearthing consumer insights, building authentic connections with people, and leaning into her acute creative instincts. As a manager, she coached her teams to reach their full potential by overcoming any obstacles that stand between them and their goals.
Elyssa brings her thoughtful and approachable style to her coaching practice. She creates an environment for safe, honest conversations by building trust early on with her clients. There is no room for jargon and putting on airs in her conversations, she believes that we should always be our authentic self.
She graduated with a BS from the University of Vermont and holds a Diploma in Coaching from New York University. She is an Executive Board member of the AdClub of NY and sits on the board of the Rye Youth Council in Rye, NY. When she isn’t working with clients, she can be found running, skiing, or on the yoga mat.
Kelly is an approachable and empowering Professional Life and Leadership Coach helping people to grow both professionally and personally based on their goals. Kelly works with individuals to become more self-aware, to identify and unblock the obstacles in their path, and to leverage their unique strengths and abilities to allow them to experience more rewarding careers and joyful lives.
Kelly works with people to optimize the work or life experience to feel engaged and motivated, to overcome old belief patterns to be more confident and successful, to manage unhelpful emotional reactions and shift them to constructive emotions and actions. Kelly is a great partner who works with her clients to develop a plan, hold them accountable, and help them grow to be their best selves.
Prior to becoming a Coach, Kelly was an advertising executive with 25+ years of agency experience in marketing communications at agencies including Ogilvy and Mather Direct, Fallon, MRM McCann, and Colle McVoy. Kelly worked on U.S. and global brands of companies including AT&T, BMW, General Mills, Nestle Purina, Elanco, and USA Swimming. Kelly thrived on being a champion for her clients’ brands, being a strategic partner, and bringing together integrated agency teams to create great work that delivered results. One of her passions was growing and developing her highly effective teams. Kelly feels that she helped her clients’ brands’ make millions and now it is time to help individuals achieve their successes.
Kelly is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), one of the world’s largest and most rigorous coaching schools accredited by the International Coach Federation. She leverages the iPEC Energy Leadership methodology – a strategic approach that is proven effective. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Kelly grew up in New Jersey, received a BA from Lafayette College and started her career in New York City, before moving to Minneapolis over 20 years ago. She now resides in Saint Paul, MN with her husband and two sons. A quiet moment is a walk with her dog, Monroe.
